Starting Water & Sewer Service

To begin water and sanitary sewer service, download and complete the Application for Water & Sanitary Sewer Service.

Closing Your Water & Sewer Account

If you are moving or transferring ownership of a property, please notify the Village as soon as possible so we can prepare your final bill. At this time, there is no separate account closing form. You may notify the Village by email, by telephone or by visiting the Village Office during regular business hours. Please include:

• Save the completed form on your computer and email as an attachment to administrator@alexandriaoh.gov

  OR

• Print and complete the form and return it to the Village Office in person, by placing in the after-hours drop box, or by mailing to: Post Office Box 96, Alexandria, Ohio 43001

Please Note: A $75 customer deposit is required for new customer accounts served by an existing water connection.

Why We Encourage Written Requests

Whenever possible, we encourage residents to submit applications and account changes by email or in writing. Written requests help ensure names, addresses, dates, and other account information are recorded accurately and reduce the possibility of misunderstandings.
