Utility Payment Options
The Village of Alexandria owns and operates its own water and sewer system, providing service to approximately 220 homes and businesses in the Village and surrounding areas.
Utility bills may be paid using any of the following methods:
Online through our secure payment portal using a credit card, debit card, or e-check.
By Check at the Village Office during regular business hours.
By Check using the secure payment drop box at the Village Office (available 24 hours a day).
By Check mailed to:

Septic Systems
If your property is served by a private septic system, inspections and permitting are handled by the Licking County Health Department. You can contact them at (740) 349-6535.
Please Note: The Village does not accept cash payments. Cash should not be mailed or placed in the payment drop box.
