Municipal Income Tax
All Alexandria residents who are 18 years and older are subject to local income tax and are required to file an individual income tax return or an exemption certificate annually by April 15. The Regional Income Tax Authority (RITA) provides income tax collection services for the Village; annual Income Tax returns should be filed with RITA.
Village residents and businesses are encouraged to use RITA E-File, a quick, easy, and secure way way to file municipal income taxes online at www.ritaohio.com. Tax forms are also available on the RITA website. All income tax questions and filings should be directed to RITA.
