The Reporting Project, a non-profit organization that is part of the Denison University Journalism Program, continues to provide excellent coverage of local issues and concerns -- click here to search for stories and information about our community

We're thrilled to announce that the Village of Alexandria has been awarded a $330,000 grant from the Ohio Department of Transportation to help us add and improve crosswalks, upgrade safety signage, and extend sidewalks on Main Street in areas that currently don't have them.

These improvements will make it easier and safer for everyone to get around town - whether walking to a school bus stop, heading to the park for some family fun, or just going for a stroll. We'll keep everyone updated as project planning and construction move forward!
