Village Fiscal Officer
The Village Fiscal Officer acts as the chief financial officer for the Village of Alexandria, combining the duties of the Clerk and Treasurer. The Fiscal Officer's responsibilities include managing all Village finances, such as accounting for receipts and expenditures, preparing financial reports, assisting with the annual budget, and processing payments for bills and payroll. The Fiscal Officer is also responsible for maintaining official records, handling official documents, and ensuring the Village's financial activities comply with state and local laws.
